EGAP – NEXI Joint Reinsurance Seminar

　Nippon Export and Investment Insurance (NEXI; Chairman and CEO: Kazuhiko Bando), the export credit agency of Japan, and Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation (EGAP), the export credit agency of Czech Republic, will hold a joint reinsurance seminar for Japanese companies who are developing business in the Czech Republic, aimed to deepen an understanding on trade insurance and to learn how to utilize trade insurance in your business more effectively.
　If you wish to participate, please register by submitting the following registration form by e-mail or fax. Registration forms must arrive no later than November 16. Please note that due to limited number of seats, registration will be made on a first come first serve basis.

About EGAP and NEXI
　Established in 1992 under the law of the Czech Republic, EGAP supports export of Czech enterprises and foreign investment through provision of export credit insurance and investment insurance.
　NEXI was established as an incorporated administrative agency in 2001, and supports Japanese exports and investments by providing insurance of covering risks which arise in foreign transactions and which are not covered by commercial insurance. (In April 2017, NEXI was transformed into a wholly government owned special stock company.)
　EGAP and NEXI signed a reinsurance agreement at the Prime Minister’s office in Tokyo on June 27, 2017. The purpose of the reinsurance agreement is in exploring the economic interests of the two countries and help develop third-country exports. The risk sharing between EGAP and NEXI through reinsurance is expected to help increase exports to third countries from the two countries.
