In the case of a large-scale project in an environmentally sensitive sector, a project in an environmentally sensitive area such as a coral reef or mangrove wetlands, or a project with sensitive characteristics, such as one involving large-scale involuntary resettlement, in which environmental reviews by outside experts may be required, the Applicant may be required to bear the cost associated with this review. Environmental reviews will be carried out in a manner to minimize the Applicant's burden.
