Q.The Exhibit 1 (1) of the Guidelines states, "...a committee of experts may be formed to seek their opinions, in order to increase accountability." Does this mean NEXI may form a committee of experts to seek the opinions of outside experts?

NEXI believes that the process of seeking experts' opinions should take place as part of the environmental and social considerations made by project sponsors. Establishment of a committee of experts is thus stipulated in the Exhibit 1 of the Guidelines, "Environmental and Social Considerations Required of Covered Projects."
