Regarding information disclosure, the Guidelines VI stipulates "NEXI will strive for further information disclosure …… by encouraging the project sponsors through the Applicants." Therefore, NEXI will disclose “documents other than the ESIA reports, etc. obtained by NEXI from the Applicants for confirming environmental and social considerations if the project sponsor has given consent to publish them on NEXI website.
