The Guidelines stipulate that the monitoring results made by the project sponsors should be disclosed on NEXI Website to the extent that the information has been disclosed to the public in the project country. However, if the project sponsors agree to disclose their monitoring results on NEXI Website, NEXI will disclose it on its website regardless of disclosure in the project country. The Exhibit 1 (9) of the Guidelines states, "It is desirable that project proponents make the results of the monitoring process available to project stakeholders," so as to encourage project sponsors to take action.
