If the Applicants’ involvement in the project is extremely small and thus they are not allowed to express an opinion on the project design, it is deemed that the involvement of the Applicants is only minor. For example, if the insurable value is small compared with the total capital of the project (5% or less), NEXI regards it as "minor."
